Digital Downloads are a convient way to receive your favorite collectible products instantly.  You will be able to download the product right to your desktop.  No shipping cost.  Each Digital Download will be available for download one time for your own personal collection.

A Digital Download purchase grants you a single copy license to download (on a single computer only) or print one copy of any material made available for downloading for personal, non-commercial use only. NatashaYi.com reserves the right to limit the amount of materials downloaded. Commercial use of any material located on NatashaYi.com or Digital Download purchases, is strictly prohibited. In addition, users may not modify any of the materials downloaded in any way.

Q. When should I expect my merchandise from your store to be delivered?
A. All orders take approximately 1-4 weeks for delivery to ensure official authentic autographs.

Q. Will there be an additional charge for international orders placed?
A. Yes, there will be an additional $20 shipping/handling charge for all international orders. There is also a regular flat rate shipping charge of $10.00 for most purchases. Domestic orders are sent priority mail service. Overweight items will be charged accordingly.

Q. Can I buy something that’s not on the site?
A. If there is a photo on the site that you like, but it is not offered for sale, email webmaster for availability because we might be able to get a special print made for you!

Also, make sure you watch out for auctions from time to time for exclusive collectibles — such as wardrobe worn in my photo shoots and unique prints — that are offered one time only!

Q. What if I don’t have a credit card? Or — I hate buying online!

Q. Can I buy an item even though I live overseas?
A. Yes! We accept international payments and you can also purchase through mail order by downloading the printable order form here.

Q. How will my order charges appear on my billing statement?
A. Your credit card or billing statement will reflect, (NYV Enterprises) as the descriptor for all store orders placed from this site.

Q. What is the refund policy for items sold inside the store?
A. Unfortunately, all sales are final and no refunds are given once payment has been made and an order received. Please email webmaster if there are any questions or concerns regarding your order.
